Mentoring & Shadowing

Starting a career in Aesthetics can be both exciting and daunting. Especially if your background is purely in the NHS, you may have very little commercial awareness, and limited aesthetics practical experience. Mentoring can be the ideal opportunity to grow your confidence in the consultation process, build rapport with patients, develop your own style and practice your clinical skills. 

Mentoring & shadowing can help you to work smarter in building your business, in a no pressure, relaxed environment. You can choose to shadow me in clinic or I can come to support you in yours. You may wish to just observe or you may want to arrange for some models for clinical practice. Alternatively you may just want to discuss marketing strategies and social media via zoom. Your mentoring can be totally bespoke to your needs.

Mentoring is an opportunity for you to

  • Ask questions about anything you have come across or struggled with
  • Reflect and review case studies
  • Recap anything from your original training that you are unsure of
  • Have someone on hand for support whilst you treat your clients
  • Get support with a difficult patient
  • Refine your techniques and commercial acumen
  • Help you set goals for your business and develop your network

From £450 for 4 hours. 
Bespoke packages available for supervision and assessment. Travel expenses may apply, depending on location
