The membership is a 12-month commitment. It is the responsibility of the patient to book their monthly treatment using the online booking system. If your treatment is missed in any given month, it will not be carried over into the following month.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so online at least 48 hours in advance. You will need to work around the team’s availability to rebook and if you are unable to find suitable availability for that month, it will not be carried over into the following month.
If you are unable to attend your appointment during the month then the monthly membership fee will still need to be paid but the treatment will be forfeit.
Payments must be paid in advance of treatment. i.e. there must be sufficient funds paid to cover the treatments or an additional payment made.
In the unlikely event that either party would like to cancel the agreement, any monies paid where that month’s treatment has not been taken, will not be refundable however it will be held on account for 12 months for use against future treatments.Should the payee fail payment on any given month, the treatment may be delayed until sufficient funds are present. In the event of non payment, your treatment will be forfeit until payment is made. Missed appointments will levy a £50 fee in line with clinic terms and conditions. Charges will be at the discretion of Clarity Cosmetics Ltd.Termination of the agreed plan will require twenty eight (28) days notice in writing to Clarity Cosmetics Ltd via email info@claritycosmetics.co.uk. Clarity Cosmetics Ltd reserves the right to terminate this contract without notice.

All Toxin protocols require a payment upfront and the first monthly payment will then be taken within the next 7 days. This enables you to have your first treatment 7 days after sign-up. The Refresh, Renew, Regenerate and Intimate Maintenance protocols do not require an upfront payment. Your first payment will be taken within 7 days of setting up your Direct Debit, at which point you may have your first treatment.

Clarity Cosmetics Ltd will keep the pricing as per the plan however there may times when increase may be unavoidable. Should this be the case, we will give at least one months notice of the increase and you are entitled to cancel your plan if you do not agree to the price increase.
