Our Memberships Offer

1. Your Membership

The Clarity Circle is a 12-month Skin Health Membership designed to support consistent, long-term investment in your skin and wellbeing.

Membership fees are collected monthly by Direct Debit and commence on your agreed payment date.

2. Your Membership Credit

Every monthly payment is credited to your personal Clarity Circle account.

Your membership credit can be used against eligible treatments and skincare products at Clarity Clinic.

Your membership balance remains yours to spend whilst your membership is active and payments are up to date.

Membership credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

Membership credit cannot exceed 12 months' worth of monthly contributions.

3. Member Pricing

As a Clarity Circle member, you'll receive exclusive savings based on your membership level.

Member discounts:

• apply only whilst your membership is active
• cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless stated otherwise
• are calculated against Clarity Clinic's current treatment prices.

Should our treatment prices change, your membership discount will continue to apply to the prevailing treatment price.

4. Complimentary Member Benefits

Your complimentary treatments, birthday credit, annual skin review and treatment upgrades are exclusive member benefits.

These benefits:

• are available only whilst your membership remains active
• cannot be exchanged for cash
• cannot be transferred to another person
• cannot be exchanged for alternative treatments unless agreed by Clarity Clinic
• must be redeemed within your membership year and cannot be carried forward.

Birthday treatment credit is valid during your birthday month only.

5. Appointments

Appointments are subject to Clarity Clinic's standard booking policy.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may result in the loss of any complimentary treatment or membership benefit associated with that appointment.

6. Eligible Treatments

Your membership credit may be used against all individual treatments and skincare products offered by Clarity Clinic.

Treatment packages and courses are excluded from membership discounts as these already benefit from preferential package pricing.

At time of launch, only gift vouchers are excluded unless otherwise stated.

7. Membership Upgrades

You may upgrade your membership at any time.

Your new membership tier and associated benefits will begin from your next monthly payment.

Downgrades are available only after completion of your initial 12-month membership.

8. Membership Pause

We understand that life sometimes changes.

Membership may be paused once during any 12-month period for up to three months due to pregnancy, illness or exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of Clarity Clinic.

Your annual benefits will be extended accordingly.

9. Early Cancellation

The Clarity Circle is designed as a 12-month commitment.

If you choose to cancel before completing your initial membership term:

• any membership discounts previously received will become repayable;
• the value of any complimentary treatments, annual reviews, birthday credits or membership benefits already redeemed will be deducted from your remaining membership balance;
• any outstanding balance due will become immediately payable.

10. After Your Initial 12 Months

Following the initial 12-month term, your membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis.

You may cancel at any time thereafter by providing 30 days' written notice.

Any remaining membership credit may be redeemed within 12 months of cancellation. Membership discounts and complimentary benefits will cease from your cancellation date.

11. Medical Suitability

All treatments remain subject to consultation and clinical assessment.

Membership does not guarantee eligibility for any treatment. All treatment recommendations are made according to clinical judgement and patient safety.

12. Changes to Membership

Clarity Clinic reserves the right to amend membership pricing, benefits or these Terms & Conditions.

Where changes are made, members will receive a minimum of 30 days' written notice.

General

Membership is personal to the named member and cannot be transferred.

Clarity Clinic reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership where there is repeated non-payment, abusive behaviour, persistent missed appointments or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
